Staff were kind and attentive, really felt welcomed there. Me and my husband came for pedicures. Technicians took their time and were very thorough. I was lucky enough to meet Kevin, he gives the absolute best massages. He gave great advice and educated me on a few things. Will be coming back!

Absolutely loved it here. I’ve had very hostile experiences at nail salons around town but this place is very good with customer service. I walked in right at opening and was asked very nicely to come back an hour later as they had appointments. When I came back they remembered me by name and gave waters to everyone waiting. My tech was great and I love the nails. No complaints for me. Clean, friendly, and beautiful nails.

Do not come here if you want to be treated nicely and respected. KIM the manager is SOOOO mean and impatient. It was my 1st time and I came in asking questions but that irritated her. She answered my questions with attitude and was very cranky. ANDY is also very disrespectful. I told him how I wanted my nails shaped and he told me “can you do it? Are you telling me how to do my job?” I was so shocked and sad hearing that. Its my first time here and we all know every nail shop is different so all I was doing was explaining the shape I want and that irritated him. I’ve never been disrespected like this before at a nail salon and I’m one of the kindest people and very peaceful. WENDY is sooo NICEEEEEEEE.
I ended up leaving because I couldn’t take anymore rudeness and Wendy said it’s ok she just wants me to be happy. She was so kind to me!! She’s elderly and sweet, not the cranky kind!! I hope Andy and Kim learn from this. This all happened on 8/10/24. I kept forgetting to leave a review but I owe it to myself and other customers. GOD bless.

While they do a great job, I recently had a bad experience with them and I’ll never return. I purchased my dad a gift certificate on Father’s Day for a pedicure for 2 Royal Pedicures for $132. My dad misplaced the gift cert but I saved the receipt just in case to prove my purchase. My dad went in not even a week after me buying it and they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t look into it or anything more. Mind you, my dad and step mom go there all the time which is why I bought it in the first place. You’d think they’d value loyal customers better but I guess not.

Five stars and fantastic! This review is specifically for pedicures. Beauti Nail never disappoints. Prices are reasonable, chairs are new, and the facility is immaculate. The technicians are professional, personable and kind. Kimmie, Wendy, Julie and Andy have incredible technique and talent. The menu includes manicures and pedicures with a wide range of price points. Reservations are encouraged and at the very least call ahead before you just walk in. Parking is ample with extra spaces behind the building. I’d vote this place the best in town!
