K T Nails & Spa Review: Is The Best Nail Salon In Richmond VA?

There is a reason this nail shop stays busy. I come from Buckingham County to get my nails done. Everyone there is nice and professional. There is a wait but it is worth every minute. I have no problem driving an hour and change and sitting for 30 minutes to have the professional work completed on my nails.

I was a student at VCU and would love going to KT Nails. That was until I got a guy that was wearing a ball cap (I can’t remember his name). He was rushing, I didn’t like the shape of my nails, and when I asked him to fix my shape he wasn’t too nice about it. I decided to give KT Nails one last try and I am soooo glad I did. There were so many new faces!! I had my nails done by Jay and everything was exactly the way I envisioned. He was so kind, the owner was still as great as I remember. I will definitely be coming back!

So I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Chris, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. This is my first ever really long set and when I say he took his time… He did that. This is actually all cat eye colors, and when I tell you, this was top-tier. The service here is phenomenal, they will never leave you disappointed.

The main owner, he is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet in your entire life. They have very reasonable prices, and they will ensure that you are satisfied before you get out of the chair. Please check them out, I will be going back for my next long set and I plan on getting my toes done.. Don’t walk, but run to this place. 💅🏾🫶🏾😘

My first experience here was beyond amazing! Not only did they squeeze me in the same day; on short notice, but I got everything and more that I asked for when it came to my nails😍 Bond is now my go-to tech for sure. His shaping was mere perfection; he really took his time to make sure they were just right and to my liking..even right down to the bling accents added to my nails as he applied the finishing touches. He was also kind enough to offer me water when I coughed at one point and his customer service skills throughout the entire duration of my service was AMAZING! Omg, he’s so funny, has such a great attitude about everything and is the sweetest tech ever!

He really brightens up your day & I absolutely adore him! Alice was also amazing and very helpful with the execution of my design. I just love it here. Thank you so much for making my day. I am beyond pleased with my visit and will be returning very soon. I Highly recommend!

Absolutely super friendly to the LGBT community in Richmond this is my first time going with me being trans female. they were super friendly and very attentive to detail on what I wanted on my nails done for con that I’m going too. I asked for a Nezuko design from Demon slayer I provided the photos and they did amazing on them. They did an excellent job on my feet as well. I definitely will recommend coming here again. I know I will.
