My daughter and I got to the shop about 30 minutes before close to get gel manicures. My current gel was removed by drill and my hands were not soaked in water to soften the cuticle. No cuticle softener was used at all. My mani seemed very rushed despite asking if they had time for our manicures before we signed in.

Lumps and uneven application and certainly not worth $40 plus tip. It’s hard to believe that the work is hours old. My daughter loves her nails and got an actual manicure treatment which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. The work obviously varies greatly by artist and what they feel like doing so I would take that into account and do your research before you go.

My go to nail salon in Richmond! Clean salon, central location, friendly employees, nice choice of colors. I work a ton with my hands as a nurse and am constantly having to wash my hands/use sanitizer and my manicures still look perfect from here two-three weeks later.

Very cute and personable place. I was welcomed by a young man who was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience because I didn’t make an appt. I got the dip manicure on my natural nails and the young lady that did my nails was very patient when I choosing one of the many colors they have to choose from. She didn’t rush and wasn’t rough with my hands. She took careful care to check each nail after each step of the process, if it wasn’t good she’d go back and fix what needed fixing.

I’m used to getting my nails done in Germany where’s it’s 30€, so coming to America I was nervous on how much I would spend but it wasn’t as expensive as I expected, especially when she had to take off the gel I already had on my nail. Overall great experience and will definitely go back.

Jack did my nails. This was a first-time visit. I let him know when making the appointment that I am a very particular client, and I expect top-tier service. My appointment was at noon. He was a little behind but kept good communication on the expected start time. The attention to detail with both my nails & pedicure met my expectations. I have found my new nail home.
